At Blackouts, we stand behind every mask we ship. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a risk-free 90-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Try it for 90 nights. If it's not the right fit — for whatever reason — send it back for a full refund.
Starting a Return
To start a return, email our team at hello@tryblackouts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Please note: items must be returned to our facility for inspection before a refund is issued. Our team will provide all the details you need once you get in touch.
Condition of Returned Items
We understand you'll need to actually sleep in your Blackout to know if it's right for you, so everyday use is fine. Items returned in reusable condition qualify for a full refund. Items that are heavily soiled, damaged through misuse, or missing components may be refused or partially refunded at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your Blackout arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us immediately at hello@tryblackouts.com with a photo of the issue. We'll prioritise these cases and arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage — as quickly as possible.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm the status of your refund. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: while we process refunds promptly on our end, your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post the transaction to your account.
